Am I to blame, for being slow, and simple, the Ucc transfer document was not part of the closing statement, back in the day. Now blame me for the solar panels, changing ownership 3 times in 4 years. Sunrun is a borderline criminal enterprise..Clowns to the Left of Me, Jokers to the Right...SUNRUN/VIVINT - Smoke & Mirrors!. Solar panel leases are a joke. They put solar panels on an old roof and locked in a 25 year contract. Ready for the kicker? Continue paying the lease or pay them off at a ridiculous price. Then you have to pay them to move the panels to replace the roof and re-install. There is no option to get rid of them and you have to convince the new buyer to sign this crap contract. May just rent the house instead... not sure what to do yet.
